2006 Veronica Semillon       $15 per bottle - $180 per case.

A classic Hunter Semillon, pale green in colour with aromas of lemongrass, Grapefruit,lime and passionfruit which flow through to the palate. A crisp fruit driven Semillon with long lingering good finish. Alcohol 11%

2005 Clairette                        Sold out.

The 2005 Clairette was cold fermented and bottled early to retain its freshness of fruit flavours. The colour is pale straw green. The nose is of tropical flavours with citrus and floral notes. A soft palate showing subtle fruit flavours balanced well with a lingering finish. Alcohol 13.5%

2003 Shiraz                         $25 per bottle - $300 per case.

Deep inky ruby red, with a voluptuous nose of ripe dark berry fruits: mulberry, blackberry, blackcurrant and a touch of sweet cinnamon. On the palate good drying silky tannins showing beautifully the wealth of integrated ripe berry flavours with peppery cedar oak. Long finish redolent of cherries and plums. Alcohol 14%

2004 Paul Alexander Shiraz   $25 per bottle - $300 per case.

Deep garnet red with a nose of sun ripped plums and dark juicy summer cherries with a spicy oak lift. On the palate beautiful ripe characters with lingering mocha and choclate under tones. Showing well intergrated oak with fine tannins. Alc 13 %

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon    $25 per bottle - $ 300 per case.

A complex nose of blackcurrant fruit with leafy mint characters and sweet vanilla Oak. Well structured Cabernet Sauvignon with cassis and dark fruits, hints of Confectionary and firm tannins combining to create a wine with a long lasting Finish on the palate. Alcohol 13.6%

2005 Special Reserve             $20 per bottle ( 375 ml ).

A wonderful fortified Cabernet Sauvignon with a luscious palate of sweet fruit, Caramel, fruit cake and raisins. A good old brandy spirit and fruit balance with a Long lingering finish . Alcohol 19%

2004 Vindouce                      $20 per bottle(375ml)- $240 per case.

A brilliant gold colour, this "ice wine" style of sweet wine displays concentrated aromas of citrus marmalade and apricots. The rich complex palate is well balanced with a crisp acidity. Alcohol 9.5%
