I decided to open those domains to any Fuel Injected business be it Equipment or Parts suppliers to Workshops Australia wide. Also Exporters or Importers of Automotive Equipment, Parts and Accessories World-Wide are welcome to join in. A decision not taken lightly as very few domain's are "open". Also, some small but important facts underlined my decision. One of my concern was that domain "names" as such can't be "generic" terms (eg. baker, butcher, dress maker, joecitizen) which then lends it's self to search problems with customers, as an example of this, " do you think a customer of Gas Miser, Repco, or Coventrys is going to be able to find them seen there domain name is belamie.com.au. Even using any search engine and simple key-words like fuelinjection, fuel, efi, fuel injection, a potential customer will have a hell of a time to say the least. The other factors in my decision sort of rolled together, the smaller businesses are able to have the Internet exposure at a main first or second domain level.
