This Fuel System and Injector Cleaner is designed in a Multifunctional manner to protect and prevent the engine management to be fooled from dirty Oxygen and air temperature sensors, lowered fuel flash point by water, or dirty injectors, leaking fuel regulators, carbon build up in the air manifold and on the back of the inlet valves.

Pulse amplitudes and shapes are restored so that they can be processed by the microcomputer for optimum performance and fuel economy. The Operating-data memory (RAM) (Random-access memory) where fooled data signals are delivered by the dirty sensors and stored until they are summoned by the microprocessor or super-seded by more recent data, ( eg. from clean sensors, or the clean airflow to the combustion chamber, the engine speed sensors etc.) Data are erased when the system is switched off and must be continuously updated during operation. Intermediate storage of calculated values for subsequent processing also occurs here.

Here, all programs (soft-ware) and all characteristics curves, theoretical values, etc. are stored permanently. They are " burned " into the ROM-IC, cannot be altered and are designed for the specific application.

This is a fixed Parameter segment, where the Vehicles Engine and Fuel Management reads the start up operating data, (The original Master Instructions to the Engine when it was NEW designed by the manufacturer) and is then writing the actual faulty data from the sensors into the Random-access memory as a secondary Operating Instruction to be used through the vehicles journey.


The Engine is de-tuned without been noticed by the driver.

For optimum control-unit operation........

A suitable voltage source, starting from the Battery right throughout the various sensors mounted on the Engine including from sensors in the combustion environment are
necessary.  On a stable frequency in which the computing processes are carried out. This frequency is provided by quartz oscillator with a frequency of 6 MHz.
On the basis of the engine-speed and load inputs as well as various correction factors, the control-unit microcomputer calculates ignition angle, injector duration etc. This is then transmitted as the operating signal to the injectors and ignition, but the microcomputer's output signals are too weak or in an alternating or inhibited form for the system's correcting elements, and must be OPTIMISED with INTER-JECTRON
