This cleaner is used in conjunction with the equipment LB-291/2F to clean the entire system....

• Starting from the fuel tank, right through the whole fuel system, via the fuel rail, injectors, combustion chamber and exhaust.

• Removing carbon from the inlet valves, restoring the oxygen sensor readings also de-poison the catalytic converter in the one operation.

• This restores the engine management and the engine to its optimum response and economy, resulting in tremendous customer satisfaction.

• The fact is, the vehicle driver's don't realise there is a performance loss until after the treatment, they feel instantly on what they've been missing out.

THE INTER-JECT CLEANER is only for the tradesman in the automotive industry who owns the INTER-JECT - LB service and diagnostic equipment. This cleaner is especially designed for this servicing technique, and more so to assist the tradesman to a successful completion of his job. It is no good to re-calibrate anything on the vehicle unless you have cleaned the fuel system. In this case we are looking for clean injectors, and the removal of carbon build up on the back of the inlet valves, to allow an increase of fuel flow via the injectors and an increase of air flow to the combustion chamber. This servicing procedure is very important to enable the re-setting of the system according to the required lambda (14.7 : 1) ratio. Therefore, the technician needs to have the INTER-JECT 2 FLOW METER EQUIPMENT which is the necessary service equipment.
The INTER-JECT cleaner can also be used in other machines, however INTER-JECT can not make any guarantees to a successful service, also cannot guarantee against any damages to another equipment or a vehicle unless on which it is mend to be used! The INTER-JECT cleaner is a distinctive BLUE colour and is visible in the system flow meter of the LB-291/F series. It will take about 20 to 30 minutes to use up 250 ml of chemical in a 4 cylinder car. Less time is used for larger engines, eg, V6 and V8, as the injector feeding capacity is greater than on a 4 cylinder car. The INTER-JECT cleaner can be used as a tank additive, however there are missing chemical components in this cleaner, like the chemical for protective coating of the fuel lines, and the water lifting chemical, plus many other auxiliary components. Instead, the cleaner has some different ingredients from INTER-JECTRON which target precisely the area around the INJECTORS and INLET VALVES, including OXYGEN SENSORS and CATALYTIC CONVERTER. INTER-JECT CLEANER is only supplied to the tradesman in the AUTOMOTIVE repair and servicing industry who holds the INTER-JECT servicing equipment. The use of this chemical in other equipment is not recommended, unless specific details of the equipment are supplied to INTER-JECT, and it is capable of operating with a similar servicing technique, but we give no guarantees! All chemicals in INTER-JECT cleaner and INTER-JECTRON are highly inflammable and burn in the open atmosphere with no emissions or smoke. All chemicals are compatible with super grade or UL petrol engines and will run the engine properly on this chemical. If the engine is running on these chemicals, no emissions are readable from an exhaust analyser for the next 10-15 minutes.
