INTER-JECT Diesel Care & Cure
The most economical "fix" for a lazy and underpowered, smoke emitting Diesel Engine .
NEW
          Diesel additive and cleaner.          NEW
Try This One.. There's Nothing Better. !!!

As you have probably heard in the past, Australia started in 1992, through the Road Transport Authority, ( RTA) to lower the cut-off levels for solid emission particles and it is expected to lower dramatically. This means mass transit authorities, private bus and transport operators alike will soon be facing significantly more stringent legislative controls.

KICK THE HABIT FOR GOOD!

INTER-JECT has designed a diesel tank additive that helps diesel engines kick the smoking habit, and so is a must for preventative maintenance.

This product is called INTER-JECT DIESEL CARE & CURE, it is THE breakthrough in diesel engine maintenance. Like all INTER-JECT products, DIESEL CARE & CURE is especially designed to remove gum, varnish, soft carbon algae and also other emission-producing contaminants from all types of diesel engine fuel systems. As every successful transportation expert knows, the heart of the diesel engine is it's fuel system. Unfortunately, diesel fuel is much less refined than petrol; therefore it is significantly more contaminated. In addition, diesel fuel acts as a magnet to moisture and bacteria. These contaminants build up over time, mainly in injector pumps, on fuel injector nozzles and on the inlet valves & combustion surfaces of your diesel engine. This build-up can impede the flow of fuel into the fuel pump and create an improper fuel spray in fuel injection nozzles. Additionally, proper atomisation of the fuel mixture in the combustion chamber is inhibited. The net result is increased exhaust particles, higher fuel consumption, and reduced horsepower. This means higher operating costs to you.

CLEANING OUT YOUR SYSTEM With INTER-JECT DIESEL CARE & CURE, ridding your engine's fuel system of this harmful build up is a snack.

Just add 500ml DIESEL CARE & CURE per vehicle fuel tank. About 60% dissolves in diesel fuel with thorough cleaning power and the remaining inhibitor film stays on all fuel lines including fuel tank, pumps and injectors, for a period of approximately one month, when the fuel friction gradually removes the protective coating, to repel any new build up of resin, or rust. The remaining 40% of DIESEL CARE & CURE remains active in your fuel tank for approximately 30 days regardless of the volume of the fuel added to the tank; as the product's specific gravity is heavier than diesel fuel or water and therefore it remains below the suction pipe to be slowly absorbed into diesel fuel as the contaminants arrive. This has been designed to combat bacterial infection and fuel crystallisation on cold winter days, as moisture in the diesel fuel creates the foundation of a majority of malfunctions in the fuel system. This especially formulated tank additive dissolves contaminants and water becoming a part of the additive, and will be volatile. The diesel engine will run smoothly on this tank additive.

INTER-JECT DIESEL CARE & CURE STANDS THE TEST.

Just how truly effective is DIESEL CARE & CURE? Extensive tests have been conducted from 1978 on many types of trucks, buses and passenger vehicles of both Australian and International makes, many different types of diesel engines, ranging in wear on fork lifts from 250 hours to prime movers to passenger vehicles up to 480,000 km. Of course those engines with more use and kilometres had the most impressive results, with emission particles reduced up to as much as 48.5% on some diesel engines. Overall, on average, the study found up to:-

Collectively, emissions are significantly lowered, operating costs are reduced and engine efficiency and reliability are increased.

THE LESS SMOKE YOUR DIESEL COUGHS UP, THE LESS MONEY YOU DO.

By improving emissions, DIESEL CARE & CURE reduces the costly repairs associated with smoking diesel engines and prolongs the life of engine components, thereby increasing your overall operating efficiency. That's why so many different types of businesses, especially automotive repair shops, use INTER-JECTRON and DIESEL CARE & CURE during routine servicing in conjunction with the INTER-JECT range of servicing instruments.

THE ADVANTAGES OF USING INTER-JECTRON and DIESEL CARE & CURE, They are the world's most powerful cleaners and fuel conditioners known to the trade: Instantly solving of problems and also used as a preventative maintenance. Keeping not only the fuel system in good order, but also to help increase the air flow to the combustion chamber. This will optimise the ECU operation to be restored in it's neutral parameters and to be able to compensate for engine optimum output in performance and economy.

DIESEL VEHICLES ARE VERY ECONOMICAL,

as long the engine is new! If the engine has done 50,000 km or more trouble starts. In most cases the symptoms of black smoke from the exhaust are ignored by the mechanic or the vehicle owner purely from lack of knowledge. An easy example to understand is an oxy welding set. If you start to burn only acetylene, what you will get is black smoke and carbon flakes. Try it, you will be surprised. Now, if you feed oxygen to the burning acetylene, the smoke and the carbon flakes from the oxy torch will stop. What has this got to do with DIESEL? A very great deal, as the diesel engine also requires oxygen. The setting of fuel requirements is factory set however, the build up of carbon on the back of the inlet valve hinders the air passing into the combustion chamber. Therefore the portion of air is less than the fuel requires, the result is black smoke. Since the injectors spray directly into the cylinders, there is unfortunately no way for fuel or cleaner to get to the back of the inlet valves. The inlet valve is open to carbon build up from the PCV valve, where oily engine fumes get sucked back into the combustion chamber as well as the worn valve guides where oil can by-pass and burn as an oil crust onto the valve. The type of mystery in this area is our biggest concern and the cause of high emissions, loss of horsepower and high fuel consumption.

REGULAR USE of INTER-JECT DIESEL CARE & CURE in the fuel tank will not only keep the fuel system clean but also the valve area, from the fumes the chemical releases when the engine is stopped. The fumes are similar to OVEN CLEANER fumes, causing carbon to disappear. At regular services, 250ml of INTER-JECTRON or INTER-JECT CLEANER, poured straight into the manifold and left overnight will take off most of the carbon. The difference so is noticeable the next day as carbon sludge will exit from the exhaust, also more horsepower and less smoke is the result, as well as better economy and fewer emissions.

Note: Diesel fuel is like a magnet to moisture and water, and also, diesel after a period of time can go "off" and create wax flakes, which block fuel filters and form jelly from algae growth in the fuel tank.

EXHAUST SMOKE ON DIESEL, is easy to cure with 250 ml INTER-JECTRON yellow poured into the inlet manifold of a hot diesel engine while the engine is stationery. Leave the engine overnight. Within the first hour, with the hot engine, INTER-JECTRON releases concentrated carbon dissolving "fumes/gases". One 500ml can of DIESEL CARE & CURE in the fuel tank, with one 250ml can INTER-JECTRON will keep the water out of the fuel system. This treatment will cure the smoky engine. Repeat this treatment again after 60 days and then after 90 days, then use only 500ml DIESEL CARE & CURE for each of the vehicle's fuel tanks up to 250 ltr. fuel per tank.

For water and carbon removal use additionally,

On 500 ltr. = 500 ml INTER-JECTRON (ORGANIC DISPERSANT AND EMULSIFIER)

On 1000 ltr. = 1 Ltr. INTER-JECTRON (ORGANIC DISPERSANT AND EMULSIFIER)
