The Operator has with this equipment a multifunctional option, to complete
a series of tasks never before possible, for this speedy diagnostic and
servicing process either under the vehicle's bonnet or on the Injector
Flow Bench.
(Optional extra)
This equipment saves time and also the hassle, as it pin points any magnetic metal deposits inside the fuel injectors which are the main cause of leaky injectors. No need to remove injectors from the engine if they are leaking. Also many injectors have an impedance leak caused by the ultrasonic cleaned process, where the coil wiring is damaged. This changes pulse duration of the injector increasingly when the engine is getting to operating temperature, staying longer open than all the others. The Lambda control circuitry is than chasing either way because of those inconsistent signals from the oxygen sensor that fools the computer. The symptoms are poor idle characteristics, hunting, high fuel consumption, excessive sulphur smell from the exhaust and high emissions. Definitely no pleasure to drive!
