  • Used in conjunction with the uniquely designed diagnostic and service equipment LB-291/2F
  • BASIC SIMPLICITY is the KEY to a mechanic's success in mastering any fuel injection problem. The most common fault found, after the basic tune up has been performed, is water contamination.

    1. WATER CONTAMINATION IN THE FUEL SYSTEM: Not litres, but millilitres of moisture from the atmosphere in the long term causes rust and resin build up, restricting fuel flow in general. The fuel system, as well as the injectors, suffers from rust and resin build up inside the rails. The internal parts of the pump, fuel tank, corrosion in fuel distributors and regulators. This problem is also relevant to carburettors.

2 CARBON BUILD UP ON INTAKE VALVES RESTRICTING AIR FLOW TO THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER: This changes the air/fuel mass ratio measured by flow meters and map sensors. Up to 40 BHP at 100 km/h has been regained on cars with more than 75,000 km on the clock, we have tested and proved this at TAFE Colleges and Shell Diagnostic Centres in front of many interested mechanics. Just a success in ECU (ENGINE MANAGEMENT) optimisation.

3 FAULTY PRESSURE REGULATOR, FAULTY PUMP, DAMAGED DIAPHRAGM: Caused by the use of one-way cleaning devices (pressure can system), the check valve in the pump is faulty from corrosion and/or not sealing. INTER-JECTRON working with the LB-288/4, or the LB-291/S, F or 2F, is actually the best instrument to find and cure these problems.

NOTE: These changes might only be slight so careful observation using the glass flow meter is necessary.

    INTER-JECTRON WILL:

    1. MAKE WATER VOLATILE, water becomes part of the chemical, and due to being heavier than both water and fuel, takes the combination of water and fuel down to the suction pipe (cleaning the tank), along the lines, through the injectors, and being volatile, is disposed of in the combustion chamber. Approximately 40% of the chemical will remain in the tank on stand-by for approximately 30 days, protecting the entire fuel containing parts by building up a repelling film on the internal walls, only removed by fuel friction after a period of time.

    2. The chemical passing through the system and injectors cleans them, and also dissolves carbon off the intake valves, allowing air/fuel ratio to return to the original specifications which can in turn return up to 40 BHP lost slowly over an extended period. These physical tests can be made with a dynameter as performed at Shell Diagnostic Centres and TAFE.

    3. A faster and more superior EFI service can be completed with INTER-JECT instruments, flow meters, and pulse generators. The vehicle can then be checked and reset to the manufacturers calibration specifications.

    4. One extra can, sold to the customer at this time to use after the fifth tank load of fuel, will keep the customer's EFI vehicle protected up until the next service. This way your work is guaranteed. Your Customer will notice the up and go straight away when he picks up his vehicle from your workshop When water is present in fuel, it changes the combustion level of fuel to a lower grade. This problem is very common and it will give the mechanic and the customer a headache of different types of intermittent symptoms. When water is present in the fuel tank, it is mixed up by the fuel pump and is distributed through the entire fuel system, causing resin build up and rust to occur. Water entering into the fuel tank is mainly due to a low level of fuel in the tank, which becomes hydroscopic, like brake fluid, from being heated up in the fuel rail to the engine's operating temperature. The danger of condensation on the tank wall is greater if the level in the vehicle's fuel tank is very low. Remember, 99% of E.F.I. problems are related to moisture and excessive water. Water is the foundation of resin build up and corrosion.

INTER-JECT CLEANER is only supplied to the tradesman in the AUTOMOTIVE repair and servicing industry who holds INTER-JECT servicing equipment. The use of this chemical in other equipment is not recommended, unless specific details of the equipment are supplied to INTER-JECT, and it is capable of operating with a similar servicing technique, but we give no guarantees! All chemicals in INTER-JECT cleaner and INTER-JECTRON are highly inflammable and burn in the open atmosphere with no emissions or smoke. All chemicals are compatible with super grade or UL petrol engines and will run the engine properly on this chemical. If the engine is running on these chemicals, no emissions are readable from an exhaust analyser.

BE AWARE OF USING OTHER FUEL INJECTION CHEMICALS THAT ARE MARKETED HERE IN AUSTRALIA AS LITTLE CONTROL EXISTS AS TO THEIR EFFECTIVENESS. YOU HAVE SEEN THE CHEMICAL DEMONSTRATION IN WHICH INTER-JECTRON LEAVES ALL OTHERS BEHIND. AS OF JANUARY 1994 COLOUR INDICATORS MAKE IT EVEN MORE SUPERIOR.

With some small test beakers, you can do your own testing if a new chemical comes onto the market, and you want to prove to your-self that INTER-JECTRON is the BENCHMARK OF ALL, IT MUST BE THE BEST TO RECEIVE THE GERMAN BUNDES PRIZE. Test it your self use the 98% grade sulphuric acid test. Also the water test. Do a burning test of the chemical. Add sulphuric acid to a small quantity of petrol, and create your own carbon contamination test etc., etc.,

THIS WILL HELP YOU TO SELL YOUR CHEMICAL "INTER-JECTRON" TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE IT IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET, AND WILL ENHANCE YOUR CUSTOMER LOYALTY, BECAUSE IT GETS RESULTS AND REDUCES THE ON GOING COSTS PREVENTING BREAKDOWNS.
REMEMBER.....IF YOU DON'T TELL...YOU WONT SELL. INTER-JECT IS BEHIND EACH OF ITS DEALERS TO HELP THEM SUCCEED.

" The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the
sweetness of low price is forgotten. "
