Normal Offense; Two Centre-Forwards; Ring Around;
Normal Offense
After the team sets up the umbrella offence,  a point drive to the weak side after a pass in from the perimeter, or the wing. The pass in from the wing is the exception rather than the rule.
Two Centre-forwards
You're playing a strong defensive team and your set offence isn't working - try setting two centre-forwards. This makes space in front of goals, and makes the defence thing twice about who to crash back on.
Ring Around
This is a gimmicky set play for after a corner or a timeout. One player swims along the line, breaks through a gap and receives the ball for a shot. It almost always generates a shot. Can be run from either side.
