Water Polo players have to be good, strong swimmers (sooner or later). The following list of sets will help people get there!

Sprint  Pyramids A pyramid is where you start small, build up and then down, for example
25m - 50m - 75m - 100m - 75m - 50m - 25m = 400m

A set would be 400m warm up
Freestyle Pyramid - Butterfly Pyramid (every second distance - freestyle until can do the whole lot one stroke) - Backstroke Pyramid - Breastroke Pyramid - Freestyle Pyramid - 400m freestyle warm down
Distance Pyramid All freestyle - 400m, 300m, 200m. 100m, 50m, 50m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m
Medley Builds 400m freestyle warm up
8x50m freestyle on 1min
8x50 medley on 1min - first third of each 50 medley stroke
8X50 medley on 1min - two thirds of each 50 medley stroke
8x50 medley on 1min - whole 50 medley
400m freestyle warm down
