You seek out the truth through the clouds of lies,

You take a look round, but can you believe your eyes.

Life once filled with happiness cheer and surprise,

Now filled with sadness and the tear of your cries.

Told to wait for a better tomorrow,

Tomorrow a day that won't fill with sorrow.

Another lie you have now been fed,

For tomorrow never comes, you feel so misled.

For as soon as it comes tomorrow is today,

Feelings the same as they were yesterday.
