As many clients know we have been providing investment advice for some time now via the discount dealer 20/20. The demand for our help in this area has grown and it was time for us to expand and improve on our services in this area. 

We are therefore pleased to announce a new association with SECURITOR Financial Group Ltd and the launch of our Investment Advice activities under the new business name:                   

                 

 

Who is Biara Financial Planning?

Biara Financial Planning is the business name under which the Financial Planning activities of the firm are conducted.

Am I receiving quality advice?

As well as having many years of practical experience both Paul and Robyn, as well as being fully qualified chartered accountants, have been certified by the Securities Institute in association with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia to have successfully completed the assessment requirements of the Financial Planning Proper Authority Course. This course satisfies the Australian Securities and Investments Commissions educational requirements for Authorised Representative status under PS 146 and PS 138 for Financial Planning, Managed Investments and Superannuation.

Is Biara Financial Planning licensed?

Robyn and Paul are Authorised Representatives of SECURITOR Financial Group Limited a licensed Dealer in Securities and Registered Life Insurance Broker. (Refer to the SECURITOR Financial Services Guide).

How am I charged for investment advice?

We charge for investment advice at our normal hourly rates.

Unless you specifically agree otherwise, it is our policy to rebate to you all entry and trailing commissions. You will receive 100% of the value of your investments as units in the various trusts.

SECURITOR Financial Group Limited may receive some trailing commissions direct from fund managers, which are not available for us to rebate.
