Arcata Ale

Started: 20 April 2000
bottled: 24 April 2000
tasted: 14 May 2000 tasting notes: A sweet Amber Ale with a nice foamy head and dark amber colour. Brewed with liquid malt. A bit on the sweet/cidery side.

Siskiyou Stout

Started: 11 April 2000
bottled: 17 April 2000
tasted: 11 May 2000 tasting notes: A dark stout with a smooth taste. Not a lot of carbonation but I think its better that way. Head could be better but the taste is very nice. The perfect energy drink before your next cycle over Siskiyou Pass in Southern Oregon.

Brunswick Bitter

Started: 06 April 2000
bottled: 11 April 2000
tasted: 11 May 2000 tasting notes: Brewed without sugar to create a low-alchohol beer. Unfortunately, I think the taste is a bit "off" too. Jody likes it though. It tastes better the more you drink, and you can drink quite a few without feeling any effect from the alchohol (I'm on #6 now)...
