Pat and I live in the Hills area overlooking the city of Perth, the sunny capital of Western Australia, situated on the edge of the Indian Ocean. It is a wonderful environment for our Berners, with bush walks through the many hill trails, exploring round the edges of the fresh water dams, or socializing at the “doggy” beaches just 25 minutes drive away.

We have two beautiful Bernese Girls, Abbi our foundation bitch and half-sister to Chloe the youngest family member. Both girls have been granted the title of Australian Champion and are shown regularly.
At ABBIBERNE our aim is to breed for character, beauty and temperament. Our desire to achieve, requires our total devotion to this special breed. We are not commercial breeders, our dogs are our companions. We plan our matings with careful research, honesty and integrity and always with the breed's best interest at heart. 

Both girls are fed on the BARF diet of bones and raw food, as have all our dogs. We use supplements such as fish oils, garlic, seaweed, mixed herbs and seek out organic vegetables when they are available.
