Adda means Avantika, Deepshikha, Durba and Arindam.
Arindam (the last of the group) has the most to say. The others are simply biding their time.
Now Arindam is, as you will find, well, a bit outspoken. But he is good at heart, really. He has written a corny book on the design of interstellar spaceships, which incidentally also solves most if not all the problems of this world.
Though scientists (physicists in particular) and all engineers should be most interested, this book is for EVERYONE! Durba (the wife, and a schoolteacher), Avantika (elder daughter, school-goer) and Deepshikha (younger daughter, also school-goer) have read the book and understood it easily. They also found it a compelling read. Close relatives and friends have been simply overwhelmed!

Arindam also writes, and in this website you can read some samples of his work. Most of the following have already been published over the years in Usenet newsgroups such as soc.culture.indian, soc.culture.bengali and rec.arts.poems. They have often been met with warm and unstinted approval. Arindam is strongly influenced by Hindi and Bengali songs.
If you want to read more of Arindam's work in Usenet, go to www.dejanews.com and search in Usenet discussions for "Arindam Banerjee", asking for all articles. If you are a publisher sufficiently impressed to think them worthy of publication in print, click-click here to contact Arindam.
