We are very fortunate that we are
able to take our dogs to Dinner Plain and we want to keep it that
way. We must ask all who attend the snow weekend to adhere
strictly to the following rules:
-
At night dogs must be
accommodated in vehicles or trailers in the overnight
carpark to minimise disturbance to others.
-
Dogs must be on hand-held
lead or in vehicles/trailers at all times. It is no
longer permissable to stake dogs out in the Dinner Plain
Resort area.
-
Do not block trails or roads
with your dogs or equipment and always give way to
skiers.
-
On no account must any dog be
allowed inside a lodge.
-
Dogs must not be taken into
the National Park area.
These
rules are to be strictly adhered to by all members and their guests who are at
Dinner Plain for our Snow Weekend.
Please
note that the AMCV Dog Permit for Dinner Plain will only extend over the weekend
advertised for the event.
Those wishing to extend their stay must obtain their own Dog Permit -
contact the Alpine Shire on (03) 5755 0555 for details.
