What VHF+ bands are you active on 2m, 70cm
Favourite VHF+ band 2m
Favourite VHF+ mode FM
Favourite VHF+ propagation mode Ducting
I got started in radio when I listened to AM broadcast stations from miles away and wonder - why?
What I like most about VHF+ DX is The way FM stations just appear out of nowhere 5 X 9 and then disappear just as quick
Toughest thing about VHF+ DX is  Getting time to do it.
The best set up I have had for VHF+ DX is Portable JMFD - 19 element yagi on 2m and 11 element on 70cm.
Favourite station to contact -
Most memorable contact and why VK5BP during JMFD - worked on SSB with 5 watts into a omin antenna
Most memorable propagation opening or condition and why RD contest when two VK7 hams were rag chewingon 145.600 and I had to break in to see if they would move on so I could continue contesting.
People most admired in AR -
I'm really good at portable operation
I'm really bad at finding time for AR
Favourite music -
Favourite TV show Simpsons
Favourite food Nachos
Favourite drink Coke zero
What really annoys you only 24 hours in a day - and I need to sleep sometime
I wish I could stop procrastinanting
Biggest regret Selling my Kenwood TS660 to raise bond for a rental house.
I hope I never have to -
Smartest thing I've ever done -
Dumbest thing I've ever done -
Best advice I've ever had -
Advice to new VHF+ DX'ers Keep at it.
