Located on the Wallaby Rivulet. Owned by Michael Hatton in the 1850's, and on his death in 1860 was advertised for lease:
"Valuable Agricultural and Dairy Farm. This property containing Five Hundred Acres of excellent Land is beautifully situated in the centre of Jerusalem. About 130 acres have been under cultivation. There is a convenient Cottage of four rooms, together with a large Barn, Stable, Gig-house, Cow-shed & c., and a Garden well-stocked with Fruit Trees. The Growing Crops and the Land prepared for sowing to be taken at a valuation, for which three month's credit will be given on an approved bill. This property is offered for rental in consequence of the death of M. Hatton, and so good an opportunity for a small capitalist rarely presents itself. John Alcock was leasing 350 acres of the property from the trustees in 1862.
