My Comments
Though I have been painting for many years, I am excited by the mark I am about to make on canvas or paper. The excitement quickly turns to
frustration, but this is when I have to start 'thinking' creatively to make the painting work.
I paint mostly an image that I have sometimes carried around in my head for a long time. I work from my
drawings which are just scribbles, but they are enough to bring the visual image back to me.
