2 weeks rent in advance

Quit contract:

• 2 weeks notice
• Expenses of:
  • Replacing tenant (advertising and vetting costs).
  • Rent payable by contracted tenant till suitable replacement tenant found.

Bond: = 2 weeks rent banked in joint Scarborough CBA trust account.

Contact with landlord only for:

• maintenance and essential service.
• written request for use of bbq area.
• finances.
