Churches listed by:	G Municipality	· Representing 7 of the 31 cities of Melbourne. The Western Region is broadly defined as an area west of the Melbourne city area. Hume is North West but has been included. Listings also given by Suburb or Postcode.
	> Denomination	· There are 21 Denominations providing a unifying structure and affiliation to local congregations. There are also a number of Independent churches. Links are provided to each denomination, church page and church website.
	— Culture	· There are 5 major Ethnic cultures and a growing number of Multicultural churches. Churches with their own Websites provide a new form of "On-Line" culture. Many Youth have their own Websites and the new ICY network.
Christian Ministries:	Y Ministry	· Organisations and groups that provide services to the wider church and community in specific areas of need or focus - often called para-church or servant ministries. We would like to recognise and promote these more.
