RIO was only 6.5 mths old on the day, and CHASE was 10 mths old. This is what Mr Murphy had to say about his IG entry:
The Italian Greyhounds had several very rewarding animals.
After the reserves in both sexes I still had one or two very good quality example.
The winners were Greyhound like in miniature. This is an area more breeders should strive for. The winners also
possessed nice high stepping action coupled with a free far reaching gait.
The areas of concern should be the lack of Greyhound like outlines. The movement coming and going was
unforgivable on too many of the exhibits. Some tail carriage was off and this was coupled with extremely steep
croups and the whole hind assembly being exaggerated.
Thank you for all people that helped on the day, and Rick and Colin for expert handling of all 4 winners! Would have been impossible feat without team effort.
