GROUP ACTIVE® & GROUP BLAST® BY BODY TRAINING SYSTEMS!
GROUP ACTIVE® is the name of Body Training Systems new program - not much is know about the program. I do know it is aimed at Seniors.The porgram was developed early 2005 and responds to the need to make exercise accessable to older participants. The program will be launched sometime and clubs around the USA and Canada already have flyers and promotional material already.
GROUP BLAST® is aimed at the physically fit it is high endurance cardio aimed at the more active gym participant. GROUP BLAST® is going to be launched I heard in early 2007.
GROUP ACTIVE® & GROUP BLAST® are register trademarks of Body Training Systems. TBC......

TIESTO feat MAXI JAZZ : Dance4Life [12"] is now available - You can experience it with Bodyjam 39 Choreographed by "G" when Bodyjam 39 comes your way.
You can donate during the release of Bodyjam 39 at all Les Mills Licensed Facilities. All donations go to the Dance4Life Charity supporting HIV/Aids research and support services.
Please get behind this event and go to as many Bodyjam 39 classes as possible and request this track when you attend classes in November 2006!
Also ask your gym to put the donation box in all Les Mills classes for the next 3 months till the next round of releases and collect money for this important HIV/Aids initiative.

It is a 55 minutes low impact lesson, especially for active adults of 40 to 60 years old. It is a mix of cardio, weight and stability training, using fitnessmaterials.

Les Mills International will launch a new program beginning 1/4 1 2007. It is called BODYVIVE™. Releases 01 and 02 will be filmed on the 25 October 2006 at Les Mills World of Fitness.
In February/March 2007 the program is then introduced into license studios around the planet during 2007.The first classes were trialed by Maureen last week in New Zealand.
It is a resistance-based program!

NEW CEC POINTS:
A complete review of the new system is coming. I agree that CEC's are important. However, the cost of getting them is
is increasing. We need 18 CEC's every 2 years. There is an increase in CEC's for Upgrades which is awesome for the industry.
The new employment CEC's is new and allows people to gain them from actual employment.
I am sad at the same time and wanted to let everyone know it was a hard decision to close that part of my life.
I am thinking of closing the current Bodypump Blogger site as a deidication to Michael J McSweeney and his version of Bodypump.
I am thinking about opening a new Bodypump Blogger for Glen Ostergaard's version of Bodypump and making Michaels site dedicated to his
version of Bodypump! It is just and idea since I am such a huge fan of Michaels.
