SIZZLER BODYATTACK® 60! The only sports and conditioning program that works!
BODYATTACK® 60 is a celebration release! It's a party, so have fun and sing along to the great music. We're celebrating 15 years of BODYATTACK® and all the people - members, instructors and trainers - who have been involved in the energy and passion of the program.
You'll feel that party atmosphere as soon as the uplifting, happy Warmup Track Come Into My World begins. BODYATTACK® is a program for everybody and this song welcomes all participants to the workout.
Really enjoy the celebration with the dance style of Track 2, Don't Stop The Music, and let loose in Track 7 with the '60s style moves and funky vibe. Track 8, I Believe, is a truly inspiring, uplifting and motivating track - perfect to challenge yourself. So aim high and improve your fitness level and remember: nothing is impossible.
Give it your all in the last cardio track, Thnks Fr Th Mmrs - the perfect song for the final peak. The moves are big and your heart rate will go through the roof as we celebrate 60 releases of BODYATTACK® together.
Your lower body will burn during the Conditioning Track as there are five exercises in a row on the same side to really target the muscles of the leg and butt. But the upbeat song Shame, Shame, Shame by Celebration Libre will help keep a smile on your face right till the very end!
SIZZLER BODYBALANCE® 40! Where east meets west in a fusion of tai chi and yoga!
You'll relax into the familiar sound of My Friend for the simple Tai Chi Warmup in BODYBALANCE® 40. A mesmerizing Sun Salutations Track follows which enhances a breath and movement connection. Joss Stone provides a smooth and sensual accompaniment for the Standing Strength Track. At 8 minutes there's plenty of time during this song to breathe and lengthen.Track 4 is very graceful and tranquil but challenging with the new position, Twisting Star Pose, evolving into a series of twisting balances.
Linger is the name of Track 5 and that's exactly what we do, with new options to deepen into the stretches.There are two Core Abdominal Tracks in this release - the first is Pilates based and lots of fun! The second is an instrumental version of Kanye West's Stronger.
The only words are "harder, better, faster, STRONGER" - gutsy, motivating lyrics to match the moves. The Core Back Track is Yoga based and has a new feeling, using breath to elevate back strength when moving in Cobra Pose and Bow Pose.There are also two Twist Tracks.
The first uplifting and the second, quiet and seated, bringing the focus of the class down before the release highlight, Track 9. Des'ree's I'm Kissing You is such a beautiful, internal, emotional song that it simply had to be heard in this class again!
SIZZLER BODYCOMBAT®35! Defend yourself and combat!
Never surrender, never give up and NEVER stop moving in BODYCOMBAT® 35! The theme for this release is Kick-Boxing. You'll build strength, kick speed and stamina in your legs, change the shape of your butt and burn heaps of calories. The choreography is intense and this release targets beginners so there is a low complexity - but beware, this is a non-stop release!
Watch out for Track 2, Scooter's The United Vibe. It's the longest ever BODYCOMBAT track combining a strong static Block and Karate Punch with a Travel Roundhouse Knee Sequence which gives participants the feel of two very different Martial Arts disciplines - Karate and Kick-boxing.
There are more than 100 kicks in Track 4 which includes the Roundhouse challenge. This challenges and improves balance and leg strength. Track 7 is HUGE and features new innovation the Clinch - a manipulative move used commonly in Thai fighting to gain control over your opponent. The Foo Fighter's top-selling single, The Pretender, is the perfect song for this Muay Thai Track. It has all the elements a great fighting style should have - speed, aggression and power. Your class will love it!
The music is electric and BODYCOMBAT® 35 features SIX Top 40 hits. Fight to a hit from the movie 'Hairspray', rock out to a popular hit from The Hives and be motivated by Good Charlotte.
SIZZLER BODYJAM® 44! Dance like you have never before!
Get on the floor with BODYJAM 44! This latest release is the maddest, craziest class yet and features some of the best music to date. From Kanye to Conga, Black Box to Beyonce, BODYJAM 44 will have your class screaming and sweating in syncopated style. This is by far the simplest, easiest to learn, easiest to teach, easiest to feel BODYJAM release ever. But there are still plenty of combos to keep you guessing!
As soon as the Latin furor that is Conga hits you'll turn into a carefully crafted Latin machine, swinging those hips to a taught Mambo. Look out for the Candy Lane - a move named after the well known NZ ballroom dancer. Before long you'll be dancing like a world-class Latin dancer.
THe Hip Hop block with the likes of Chris Brown, Wyclef Jean and Missy Elliot will have your class getting buck wild. You've gotta give flava in your arms during the B-Body Stance and get ready to show some agro attitude in the Kris Kross and the Gun Pop.
The Drunken Beyonce bridge is definitely a highlight. Your heart rate will drop to the smooth soundz of Kanye West before House Dance is elevated to a whole new level, taking footwork and flavas straight outta the club and into your class! Retro House features the House Lean flava'd up into BODYJAM style and will have your class going bonkers!
SIZZLER BODYPUMP® 65! The Fastest Way in the Universe to Get in Shape! BODYPUMP® 65 is all about challenging strength endurance. Right from the word go Track 2, Just Like Paradise, is BIG. It has a driving beat that automatically hooks the class into BIG work mode.
The hard work starts with a unique training effect in the Squats Track when the legs are hit by a reverse sequence of work.Don't expect any breaks in the Chest Track but do look forward to lots of Bottom Halves!
The slower-tempo choreography keeps the muscles engaged and moving under load with no time to rest. And there are no breaks in the Biceps Track either, so the intensity is maintained from start to finish.The Forward & Backward-Stepping Lunge is back after making its debut in BODYPUMP® 64, targeting the legs, gluteus and hamstrings.
The Seated Overhead Extension is also back in the Triceps Track, accompanied by funky tunes from Groove Armada. DJ Alligator and the Mac Raise both make a welcome return in the super intense Shoulders track, which is all about, strong, controlled work.
There's loads of energizing music to help with the workout. Kanye West's Stronger provides the inspiration needed to endure the new Moving Hover and Side Plank in the Abdominals Track.
Airbourne's too Much, Too Young, Too Fast is massive and Breakaway will fill the room with intense energy.
SIZZLER BODYSTEP® 71! The original cardio step program!
BODYSTEP® 71 is a hot release inspired by a dance theme while still being an athletic workout. Musical contrast is a big feature with something for everyone! The mix includes Modern Rock, 90s' Rap, Hip Hop, Top 10 Pop, R'n'B and even Heavy Metal. It's a high-energy, results-orientated workout with dance-inspired flavor injected to some familiar BODYSTEP® moves.
New move the Running Woman in Track 5 is teamed with super cool track Rok Da House. Hip Hop is in 'da house' again in Track 7 - you'll get to break out the Running Man this time to Run DMC.
Get ready to rock in Track 6 with Ozzy Osbourne - the powerful song and lyrics will help the class reach their second peak. Here, advanced steppers are treated to a new move, the L-Split Shuffle Combo. Track 8 is a real highlight and also mentally challenging as four moves are combined to make up the Dance Floor Combo! By the end of the track you'll be able to let loose and have fun.
The Speed Step is all about tequila but you'll need your wits about you for the Swirl Knee & Run Around Combo. Get ready to bust out your best 'Thriller Arms' during Track 11 and load that step up with three risers for lunging if you're game!
BODYVIVE™ 6 mixes simplicity of movement and senational sounds to produce a truly benefits-based workout for everyone! There are just two to three moves in each track, so both new and seasoned participants will be able to achieve optimal results.
Tai Chi inspired breathing move, the Butterfly, starts the class and is used a number of times throughout BODYVIVE 6. You'll see the Butterfly again in Track 6 where we use it to calm our body and mind and focus on the inward breath.
There's fun to be had while doing the Loco-Motion in Track 2 which features the Double Walking Lunge - a great functional move. The Locomotion Arms will help connect your core and lift your heart rate. Line dancing to Man! I Feel Like A Woman is definitely a highlight - the simple choreography means you can really get into the track.
Train both the front and back of the legs well in ZZ Top's Legs and swing those hips Latino style to J-Lo's Let's Get Loud. The Balance and Leg Strength Track is dance inspired with new moves and VIVE tubing options that mimic ballet barre work. This is great for coordination, balance and glute strength.
Watch for the two new moves in the Ab Strength Track - the Roller Ball and the Pilates 8. Both these moves are extremely effective at targeting the abs. This release is finished how is was started - with the beautiful Butterfly
SIZZLER RPM ®38! Experience the ride of your life!
RPM® 48 is happy, uplifting, highly energetic and full of power! This release is big in terms of both music and work. Beginner riders will enjoy more options while the seasoned rider and athlete will be pushed to their limit. The concept of maximizing your time to help achieve optimum results has been highlighted in this release. You'll know what's coming up over a 50 minute period so you can take responsibility for your workout and give it your all.
The ride begins with the happy, snappy Hold On by KT Tunstall and a new sequence of work is used to warm the legs and set up a great riding technique. Track 3, True Believer, is a hugely motivating song with big contrast and big energy. Riders have to believe in themselves and this song provides inspiration to do so.
The lyrics of Airbourne's edgy Rock 'n' Roll song Runnin' Wild will help you focus on the challenge of Track 5. This is pure interval training at its best, burning maximum calories and increasing levels of fitness. The combination of Scooter and Fatman Scoop in Track 7 is priceless and you'll finish the class on a big high. This track is huge! Look out for the massive climb at the beginning of the track.
