Former
smart juvenile Lovely Jubly, who joined the stable 2 months ago, debuted
for Brian on Saturday at Caulfield, and quickly re-established herself
as a force to be reckoned with, running away with an effortless 3L win,
ridden quietly by Brett Prebble.
The mare had only
had a handfull of gallops before the race, and a very easy trial at
Cranbourne, yet was able to lead throughout and dominate the race, kicking
away in the straight to win easily.
She looks to have
regained her juvenile form, where she was a Group 1 winner, and plans
for the Spring will give her every opportunity to pick up another Group
1 race.
