Boogle's Pedigree

"Boogle" came to us as a gangly 9 month old in December 1983.   He had just spent two months in quarantine after his long journey from England.  He travelled with his sister, "Emma" (Australian Champion Tremel Faraway Lady) who was coming to her new owners, Des and Madge Burn of Actongold Kennels.      He was just magic - the moment he stept out of his crate at four o'clock on a warm summer's morning he stole our hearts.

"Boogle" was a trail-blazer for the breed in Tasmania.  He was the first Saint to be awarded an All Breeds Best in Show award in this State at the 1985 Royal Hobart Show.  He was also the first Saint to win the Contest of Champions, an invitational contest.   He won numerous Best in Group awards as well as other in Show prizes.

He only sired four litters, but he became the foundation for our kennels.

More important than his show or breeding capabilities was the love he gave us.   He was truly a Saint.
