Nangahrah Bird Route

Located in the Barraba area, 1/2 day trip from Manilla. Regent Honeyeater breeding site. Take Speedo readings from Manilla, take the Barraba road to the north at 36.6 km turn right towards Crow Mountain, 44 km cross over top end of Split Rock Dam (check waterbirds,picture), 47.4 km turn to Woodsreef, at Woodsreef 53.4 km turn right to Bundarra. At 68.5 km stop at Regent Honeyeater sign, look amongst Mugga Ironbarks.
