I'm afraid I little
of the origins or history of the Anderson family as yet, I know my
GGGGrandfather 'James Anderson' came from Ireland, I haven't established when
and where he died and is buried or his parents names, so I cannot with any certainty,
place his date of arrival and vessel he may have been aboard. Added to
this, I cannot locate any more information about his life after the premature
death of his wife 'Elizabeth' in 1886 aged 46. James is recorded as a gold miner
in early documentation of Old Mogo Town, located just south of
Batemans Bay
