Clonmara Tariffs & Packages

Clonmara Cottages are available from $140 per couple per night.
Choose from either of the 2 Garden Cottages or the 2 spacious Studio Apartments, all located within the gardens.
All Clonmara accommodation is self contained, having large spa bath bathrooms, hairdryers, remote control colour TV with DVD's, gas pot belly stoves or gas log fires for heating, large towels, complimentary shower requisites, daily room service, mini bars and an extra rollaway single bed or portacot on request.
Clonmara accommodation is comfortably fitted out to ensure maximum comfort with a choice of either a gourmet cooked breakfast delivered to your cottage or a well stocked continental breakfast basket delivered the evening prior.
We have an on-site Tearoom and giftshop open from 9am to 4.30pm most days.
Wireless Internet access is available throughout all Clonmara accommodation and in the Clonmara Tearoom.
Don't forget that we also have off street parking for you.

Breakfast
Clonmara accommodation includes continental breakfast provisions in it's tariffs. The option of our gourmet cooked breakfast can be served to your accommodation and is also available in the on-site Clonmara Tearoom.
Our gourmet cooked breakfasts are designed to meet the most demanding of appetites and will prepare you for the days activities. The selection of cooked dishes, includes seasonal variations such as; Poached whole kippers, traditional full English country breakfasts, Poached eggs with Smoked salmon and capers resting on a muffin....

Oh yes.... & did we mention that our eggs are particularly fresh.

With a little notice we can prepare and deliver dinner to you in your cottage. Choose from a range of home made seasonal dishes - perhaps a romantic champagne & chicken candle lit dinner, with cheese and greens for desert.

Cherry Plum Cottages Tariffs

Cherry Plum Cottages are available from $110 per couple per night.
The 2 Cherry Plum Cottages are set on a 4 acre property, right beside Clonmara Cottages in Port Fairy.
Arrondoon Cottage is a self contained, complete 2 bedroom circa 1862 little stone house. Cherry Plum Cottage sits beside Arrondoon, but is completely separate and also self contained. Cherry Plum Cottage is a lovely spacious one room timber hideaway tucked in a corner of the gardens.

Throughout the year we offer a range of special value added packages at Clonmara.
All are based on a two night stay, but most can be extended or customised to suit your needs.

Please note:
Packages may not be available on long weekends or during peak periods, ie. Easter.
Packages are not able to be offered at either Cherry Plum Cottage or Arrondoon Cottage.
Except for the special Christmas package detailed below, we are not able to offer any packages during the Christmas holiday period, from December 19th thru to January 26th.

Winter Warmer Super Escape Special Package
2 nights of deluxe, cosy, four and a half star fully serviced self contained accommodation, in either a Garden Cottage or a Studio Apartment.
This is a value plus package specially designed to keep you warm:

•  Warming soup and home baked crusty bread on arrival
•  Choose from either a bottle of Cabernet Merlot or Chardonnay, with nibbles delivered prior to arrival
•  2 mornings of our popular bacon, eggs & tomato breakfast in the tearoom, with juice & coffee, tea or hot chocolate

Pet Friendly Package

•  2 nights accommodation with Continental Breakfast basket provisions in our pet friendly Garden Cottage
•  Nibbles & a bottle of wine for the 2 legged people on arrival & yummy treats for the 4 legged
•  A 3 hours complimentary evening pet sitting can be arranged - available until 10pm only & advance booking required
•  Devonshire Tea for 2 (plus pet) in our Tearoom courtyard - in wet weather we can deliver to your Cottage
•  Comfy pet bed & towels to wipe muddy paws, queen size bed for the humans
•  Water bowl, doggy bags and pooper scooper provided
•  Your accommodation is serviced and fresh towels supplied each day
•  $10 discount voucher for the Port Fairy Day Spa for the 2 leggeds
•  Port & Chocolates each night

Euro Package

•  2 nights deluxe accommodation in either a Garden Cottage or a Studio Apartment.
•  A bottle of either Cabernet Merlot, Chardonnay or Sparkling Brut, with nibbles in your accommodation.
•  2 mornings of fresh baked croissants with jam/honey etc plus assorted mini Danish pastries
•  An Afternoon Tea in the tearoom with Belgian chocolate mudcake and coffee or hot chocolate
•  Your accommodation is serviced and fresh towels supplied each day
•  $10 discount voucher for the Port Fairy Day Spa
•  Port & Chocolates each night
•  Queen Bed, TV with DVD player and gas pot belly or gas log fire to keep you toasty warm
•  A lovely lazy midday checkout

Sizzling Hot Summer Package

2 nights in one of our self contained spa bath Garden Cottages or Studio Apartments.

On arrival, a Bottle of chilled DeBortoli Semillon Chardonnay served with a sizzling Chilli dip & crackers.
Double spa bathroom with bath crystals supplied.
Fresh ground coffee and tea making facilities in your kitchenette.
Two mornings of breakfast in the Clonmara Tearoom- including our favourite bacon, eggs, and tomatoes, served with Tea or Coffee and Toast.
Complimentary Port & chocolates each night.
Your accommodation is serviced and fresh towels supplied each day.
$10 Port Fairy Day Spa discount voucher.

The Sizzling Summer package is available from1st October '09 through to the 30th April '10 excluding peak periods and long weekends.
Price from: $390 per couple per two night stay in a Garden Cottage.
Price from: $430 per couple per two night stay in an Studio Apartment.

BOOKING INFORMATION:
We require valid credit card details to confirm the booking. The booking is then confirmed upon receipt of credit card details.
A 2 night minimum booking period applies for Christmas and some long weekends.
A 3 night minimum booking period applies for some long weekends and Easter.
Cancellations: At least 7 days before date of arrival. Otherwise there will be a charge for an amount corresponding to the first nights accommodation booked.
In the event of a non arrival, Clonmara will charge the full amount of the booking to the credit card quoted.
Please note that the Peak Christmas period, Port Fairy Folk Festival weekend and some of our special packages are not able to be cancelled once booked and the full amount of the booking will be charged if the accommodation is not able to be relet at the same rate as the original booking.
** Please note also that Clonmara packages are not available in our Heritage Cottages: Cherry Plum and Arrondoon.

CREDIT CARDS:
Credit cards we can accept are Visa and Mastercard.
We do have eftpos facilities, but no cash out facility.

SHOULDER PERIOD:
January 5th thru to January 22nd.

PEAK PERIOD:
December 24th thru to January 4th, Easter and most Long Weekends.
Port Fairy Folk Festival Weekend in March is by special arrangement only.

OFF PEAK PERIOD:
Off Peak rate is available from January 23rd to 7th June and 10th October thru to 23rd December.

LOW SEASON:
Winter rate is available from 8th June thru to 8th October.

BREAKFAST:
CLONMARA:
All prices quoted include continental breakfast provisions for 2 people at Clonmara.
Full cooked breakfasts delivered to your accommodation or in the Clonmara Tearoom are available for selection at an additional cost.

CHERRY PLUM COTTAGES:
All prices quoted are for self contained accommodation without Breakfast provisions.
Breakfast provisions are available for an additional charge, & must be requested at time of booking.

CHECK IN:
All accommodation is available between 2.30pm and 7.00pm for check in.
If arrival is anticipated to be later than 7.00pm please contact us to make alternative checck in arrangements.
Check out time is 10.15am on the day of departure, with the exception of some of our special packages.
