Tariffs & Packages

Cottages are available from $170 per couple per night.
All of our accommodation is self contained and has spa bath bathrooms, hairdryers, remote control colour TV with DVD's, heating, large towels, complimentary shower requisites, daily room service, mini bars and an extra rollaway single bed or portacot on request.
Choose from either a garden cottage or a luxurious studio apartment, all located within the cottage gardens.
Our accommodation is comfortably fitted out to ensure maximum comfort with a choice of either a gourmet cooked breakfast delivered to your cottage or a well stocked continental breakfast basket delivered the evening prior.
We have an on-site Tearoom and giftshop open from 9am to 4.30pm daily.
Wireless Internet access is available throughout all accommodation and in the Clonmara Tearoom.
Don't forget that we also have off street parking for you.

			Our gourmet cooked breakfasts are designed to meet the most demanding of appetites and will prepare you for the days activities. Gourmet cooked breakfasts can be delivered to you in your accommodation and could include a selection of cooked dishes, including traditionally cooked country breakfasts or seasonal variations; Poached whole kippers, Scrambled eggs & lumpfish caviar or Poached eggs with Smoked salmon and capers resting on an English muffin.... Dining in options are available by prior arrangement.
Talk to us about options when making your booking.
With a little notice we can prepare and deliver dinner to you in your cottage.
Choose from a range of home made seasonal dishes - perhaps a romantic champagne & chicken candle lit dinner or a do it yourself BBQ pack with fresh garden salad.
Maybe cheese and greens for desert.

Check In Time
Cottages and studio apartments are available from 2.30pm for check in.
Check out time is 10.15am on the day of departure, with the exception of some of our special packages.

Packages
Throughout the year we offer a range of packages.
Most are based on a two night stay, but all can be extended or customised to suit your needs.
Please note: Packages may not be available on long weekends or during peak periods, ie. Easter.
Except for the special Christmas package detailed below, we are not able to offer any packages during the Christmas holiday period, from December 19th thru to January 20th.

Sizzling Hot Summer Package

2 nights in one of our self contained spa bath Garden Cottages or Studio Apartments.

On arrival, a Bottle of chilled DeBortoli Semillon Chardonnay served with a sizzling Chilli dip & crackers.
Double spa bathroom with bath crystals supplied.
Fresh ground coffee and tea making facilities in your kitchenette.
Two mornings of breakfast delivered to you - including our favourite bacon, eggs, and tomatoes as well as a basket of continental breakfast goodies.
Complimentary Port & chocolates each night.

The Sizzling Summer package will be available from 1st of October '07 through to the 30th April '08.

Winter Warmer Package

2 nights of deluxe, cosy, four and a half star fully serviced self contained accommodation, in either a Garden Cottage or a Studio Apartment.

On arrival, a generous serve of our home made hot soup with crusty bread, delivered to your accommodation.
Double spa bath bathroom with bath crystals supplied.
Fresh ground coffee and tea making facilities in your kitchenette.
Queen Bed, TV with DVD player and gas pot belly or gas log fire to keep you toasty warm.
Complimentary Port & chocolates each night.
Two mornings of breakfast delivered to you - including our favourite bacon, eggs, and tomatoes - as well as a basket of continental breakfast goodies supplied.
Devonshire Tea for 2 in the Clonmara Tearoom during your stay.
Complimentary voucher for a swim in an indoor heated swimming pool at a nearby facility - just across the road.
Your accommodation is serviced and fresh towels supplied each day.

The Winter Warmer package will be available from 01 May'08 through to the 30th September'08.

Chocoholics Heaven
2 nights of Chocoholic Heaven in one of our self contained spa bath Garden Cottages or Studio Apartments.

The fun begins on arrival with a basket of selected chocolates and a complimentary drink.
This is followed by one of our classic chocolate fondues accompanied by fruits and other delicacies to dip with a bottle of chilled DeBortoli Brut.

The evening continues as you enjoy a steaming double spa filled with hot chocolate bath salts, hot chocolate scented body wash and chocolate scented soap, all complimented with rich chocolate body cream.
To complete your evening we provide yummy chocolate liqueurs.
Dream you are in heaven and wake up refreshed to breakfast featuring coco pops and hot chocolate accompanied by a full range of cooked dishes delivered to your cottage table.
Your second evening would not be complete without chocolate liqueurs for a nightcap.
On your last morning we include another full breakfast of your choice.
Mid morning hot chocolate and chocolate bickkies.

Port Fairy Day Spa

Port and chocolates each night.
Two mornings of our four course gourmet breakfast service delivered to you at your choice of time.

Christmas Package

very special two night packages available for the 24th and 25th December, 2008.
2 nights of accommodation in either a self contained Garden Cottage or a Studio Apartment - spa bath bathrooms in all.
Complimentary drinks on arrival.
Two mornings of our gourmet breakfast service delivered to your table by Santa himself.
A full traditional Christmas roast dinner delivered to your dining table on Christmas day, this includes:
A platter of Prawns with tangy home made dressing.
Roast Turkey with stuffing and a home made wine & stock based gravy, roast pumpkin, parsnips, potatoes and vegetables of the day.
A bottle of red or chilled white wine.
Plum pudding with cream and brandy sauce, followed by Port and chocolates.
We even provide the candle and bon bons with party hats.

Golf Package
Two nights in one of our spa bathroom Garden Cottages or Studio Apartments.
Two mornings of breakfast delivered to you - including our favourite bacon, eggs, and tomatoes - as well as a basket of continental breakfast goodies supplied.
Complimentary drink on arrival & basket of lollies in your cottage.

Two days of golf for two people at the Port Fairy Golf Course - one of Victoria's top links courses.

BOOKING INFORMATION:
We require valid credit card details to confirm the booking. The booking is then confirmed upon receipt of credit card details.
A 2 night minimum booking period applies for Christmas and some long weekends.
A 3 night minimum booking period applies for some Long Weekends and Easter.
Cancellations will only be considered if 28 days notice is given and vacancies refilled (booking fee charged).
We reserve the right to amend our prices without notice.

CREDIT CARDS:
Credit cards we can accept are Visa and Mastercard.
We do have eftpos facilities, but no cash out facility.

BREAKFAST:
All prices quoted include provision of a continental breakfast basket for 2.
Full cooked breakfasts delivered to your accommodation are available for selection at an additional cost.

PEAK PERIODS:
December 22nd thru to January 20th, Easter and Long Weekends.
Port Fairy Folk Festival Weekend in March is by special arrangement only.
