RESERVATIONS, REFUNDS AND NO SIGHTING POLICIES

Reservations

	To confirm a booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. (Learmonth Airport transfers are fully refundable if 24 hours notice is given) This 20% can be transferred to another Coral Bay Adventures tour or transferred to another persons booking of your choice.
	Full payment for booking must be received two weeks in advance

Refund Policy

	One month before 80% refund
	Two weeks before 50% unless positions can be filled then 80% refund applies
	Less than two weeks 20% unless positions can be filled then 80% refund applies
	Tours can be transferred to alternate dates or payments used on other Coral Bay Adventures tours
	Tours are also transferable to another person
	If you have a problem the matter can be referred to the manager in writing and an agreement met at the owners discretion

NO SIGHTING POLICY

Please remember that our interactions are with wild animals in their natural environment, and as such we cannot guarantee that we will see all or any of the wildlife mentioned for a particular tour. Our commitment to you is that our crew will make every possible effort to ensure that you have the best experience on the day. We welcome you to ask about our recent experience.

Whale Shark Tours 

In the unlikely event that no whaleshark is sited on the day of your tour, Coral Bay Adventures will offer an opportunity to rejoin the tour at a fee of $100 on our next available tour. Please be aware that sometimes it may be several days before this is possible and preference is given in order of who booked their tour first.

Manta Ray Tours 

In the unlikely event that no Manta Rays are seen the day of your tour, Coral Bay Adventures offer an opportunity to rejoin this tour at a fee of $50 on the next available day. Please be aware that sometimes it may be several days before this is possible and preference is given in order of who booked their original tour first.
