*You leave the sunlight, and the well walked path, to enter the darkness of the Mine. As
you enter, you see a trail for wagons, which you follow. At the first possibility, you
turn, to start your search for the wonderful metals. As you leave the well lit track, you
fire up your torch. The smoke from the torch is dark, and fills your nostrils with a bad
smell. But then again, the air in the Mine didn't smell too good either.. As you move
nearer to the soft wall, you study it. It looks as if you do not need a hatchet, or a
pickaxe. You can mine here with your hands, so soft is it. But, with all nasty thieves
that roam around trying to steal your precious metals, it is a good idea to mine with
either your sword or your dagger equipped. Just in case.. As you start on mining down the
wall, it does not take long time till you see a huge, a really huge seam of silver!
You start mining faster, and faster with a sick glow in your eyes. As you are done
mining out the silver, the silver starts to move. It raise out arms, legs, torso and a
head. The light from your torch makes the thing, the silver golem, shine. But as it
reaches out to kill you, you realize that you won't be using the silver from this..
thing.. this golem. But, of course, you kill him. You were smart enough to grow some
muscles, or get some extra juice in your spells before you ventured this far. As you
keep on mining, you soon find some real silver
units that you actually can use. And a moment later, some gold.. Yippee!!*

-------------------------

The Mines are located north of Aston. As you enter the mine, and follow the tracks you
come first to the level 10 Mines (by turning to either left or right at first chance).
That part of the Mine is inhabitated by level 10 golems. You can and will find golems as
you mine. But you will also find gold units (gu) and silver units (su). You will find
silver units more often than you find gold units. Silver and gold has a use (besides selling =). If you
have a item that increases a stat (besides +weapon), you can use silver to and gold to increase
the amount of higher the stat goes. Say that you have a belt with +3 Wisdom. If you use the
item on silver (silver it, as it is called), it will be a +4 Wisdom belt. If you use gold (gild it), it will
be +5. But, you must silver a item before you gild it. And how do you calculate the amount of su or gu
needed then, you might ask. Well, it is rather easy. You just take the stat, and add 1 to the stat.
Then you multiply that with 100. That is your amount needed. (stat + 1) * 100
