Hooch/"H" became a daddy in 2003. Mated to our "Mouse" [Farousi Shahil Raqqasa] he gave us a lovely litter but with only 2 smooth boys. RAJ [Farousi Mi Oz Dream] went to America to Jean Schoppe and has achieved some wonderful wins in the showring there. The other smooth boy TOM [SBIS Ch. Farousi Mirsaal] stayed with us. Tom has created quite a following for himself, by his antics both as a clown and an archaeologist.

So by 2003 our second generation of smoothes is established with the litter born on Easter Sunday [April 20]

Our TOM [SBIS CH Farousi Mirsaal] was in that Easter basket and he has created a few show records for smoothes in Australasia. He won a Res. Best in Show ALL BREEDS under an International judge at just 13 months of age. He was the very first smooth in Australia to win a Best of Breed at a "Royal Show" and had the honour of being short-listed for the group and went on to win Best Junior in Group, shortly after that he won BEST IN SHOW at the Open Show for the Sighthound & Italian Greyhound Club of WA, and not too much later he won a Res. Best in Speciality [to his grandmother] and the following year won BEST IN SPECIALITY both for the Saluki Club of WA. 

We like to think that TOM has done more for smoothes in Australia in recent times, than any other smooth.

Tom also has a smooth litter brother in the USA who is currently just 1 point short of his AKC conformation title.
