Fredericks General Store has been running gourmet tasting evenings for over two years, which have proven very successful and very popular. We work in association with Jessica Mclarren and the cooking classes at the Kitchen of Exquisite Taste. We have a vast range of gourmet and specialty foods available on hand and are able to source a wider variety as requested. The dates for the Gourmet Tasting Evenings have not been set for 2000 yet. The cost for each tasting night is $10, which includes a glass of champagne, tasting notes, demonstrations and, of course, great food to taste.
