ABOUT THE ARTIST
Describing herself as "age-less", Carolyn Kim (Brown) is Australian
born
but unmistakably ''cosmically connected.''
A veritable kaleidoscope of works expressed in many mediums
and
subjects over a life-time of professional and spiritual metamorphoses,
is in reality a reflection of her existential self.
Colour and Light are used so skilfully one might feel compelled to step
into the scene to pause to sniff a flower or to marvel at the evensong
of dolphins at play.
With an innate gift, Carolyn Kim's work is a celebration of Life itself and
evokes pure joy in the beholder.
Carolyn Kim currently lives in Albany, on the south coast
of
Western Australia and has travelled extensively throughout W. A.,
and more recently around Australia itself.
In the galleries you will find works in oils, pastels,
watercolours
and combinations of these mediums.
