Returns
Please make sure you are ordering correct colour and size of
merchandise, because there are NO RETURNS, with the exception of
defective or wrongly shipped merchandise (i.e., the items received
were not what you ordered). Furthermore, health regulations
stipulate that undergarments that are opened, worn, soiled,
damaged or laundered are considered to be in condition other than
“as new” and cannot be returned or resold. In the case of
defective or wrongly shipped merchandise, you must request a
Return Authorization (RA) by contacting us within seven (7) days
of receipt of your order. No exceptions

Graykon Pty Ltd respects and upholds your right to
privacy protection under the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988. We are
required to comply with the National Privacy Principles in respect
of the collection, use, disclosure and handling of personal
information from individuals. This policy details the practices we

about how we manage the personal information you entrust to us.

order product from us. We may use personal information: - to
communicate order status - to enable us to provide services to our

from us (other than as required for the operation of our business
e.g. regarding payment of accounts). We do not use cookies on our
website located at www.users.bigpond.com/graykon.

servers, locked file cabinets, firewalls and encryption. If we
consider that it is no longer necessary to keep your personal

will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove the
