receiving international recognition for creating a world’s best Contact
Centre, Gail Woodgate formed a Consultancy group to share this successful

The team was formed to provide an integrated approach
to businesses involved with, or considering a customer Contact Centre. Gail Woodgate Consultancy's experience has been
with inbound and outbound Contact Centres in Customer Service, Sales &
Help Desk environments dealing with business to business, and business to
consumer based clients across a variety of industries. We are truly non-aligned Consultants, that is, we
are not affiliated with any particular vendor or supplier to the industry.
