| We have no planned litters at this time.
Breedings at Haakons are very selective. We breed first and foremost for ourselves.
Puppies are sometimes available to loving pet homes. On occasion, we also offer puppies to prospective show homes.
When we breed, we strive to produce strong, healthy & sound siberians that can function at work, show or play.

General information and answers to FAQs:
All breeding stock is eye checked and HD free certified before a breeding takes place.
Puppies come with a replacement guarantee should the dog be diagnosed by an accredited veterinarian with a hereditary defect.
Pet puppies are spayed/neutered before going to their new homes.
Deposits are taken to reserve a puppy, and buyers make their choice in the order that deposits are received. The deposit applies to the total purchase price. It is non-refundable. In the event I do not have a suitable puppy available, it will be refunded.
Puppies are not ready to go to their new homes before 10 weeks. They will have been wormed several times and have had at least 1 vaccination. They will also have been microchipped. I ask that the puppy be taken to a veterinarian for an examination within 48 hours of going to their new home.
My questions for potential puppy buyers:
(If you copy and paste these questions into an email along with your answers, it would greatly expedite our conversation)
What experience, if any, have you had with the breed?
Why do you want a Siberian Husky?
What activities do you plan to do with the dog?
Please describe what facilities (such as fenced yard or kennel run) you have for dogs?
How many people are there in your household? What ages are any children? Do you have other pets?
What are your preferences in sex and colour? Are you willing to take a different sex or colour if your first choice is not available?
Do you understand that Siberians are active dogs needing exercise, that they are pack animals and need companionship, that they are not good guard dogs, that they dig, shed, howl and that they are NOT trustworthy off leash?
Where are you located?
