Fully Self-Contained 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom Facility
Daily* tariff to 30/04/2009.  For larger groups (7-8), an additional ensuite bedroom is available (King Room). An additional single bed and foldout bed are also available for placement in the bedrooms making the capacity 10 persons with the use of the King Room.
Hearty continental breakfast provisions may be provided as well as cooked breakfasts & dinners, all at reasonable rates.

Deposit, Refund and Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to confirm a booking. This deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the planned stay. The whole tariff is payable if the booking is cancelled on the day of the stay or the guest/s do not show on the first day of the stay. Refunds are at the discretion of Hamlet Downs Country Accommodation and subject to relevant laws. Refunds will be net of any costs, fees and charges incurred by Hamlet Downs in respect of the booking. Some associated web sites may have cancellation policies that differ to the above. Their policies apply if bookings are made via those relevant web sites.
