Your hosts will greet you on arrival and invite you to join them for afternoon tea.  John and Jane look forward to hearing about your trip and your plans and to helping you discover the many wonderful things to see and do in their area.

The cosy guest cottage sleeps six and is ideal for a couple or a family wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and take time out to enjoy the quieter pleasures in life.

The cottage features a self-contained kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, cutlery and crockery. The dining table seats six and there is a 3 seater sofa (which converts to a double bed), coffee table, remote control TV and video and a small collection of videos, and CD player.  New polished floorboards add to the country charm.

There is one queen bed room and a second bedroom with two single bunk beds.  Your bathroom features a large old bath with shower over and there is also a laundry.

Also provided are heaters, water cooler, fans, books, magazines, games, linen, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities and an intercom to the main house.

Continental breakfast provisions are available for you to enjoy at your leisure in the cottage.
