Processing Facilities Cold press extraction is universally recognised at the optimal means for obtaining Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality. We have installed two new-generation Fimo continuous process extraction machines. One is a small machine suitable for the individual treatment of small lots and for sampling to determine maturity and readiness for processing of larger batches. The main processor has the capacity of 400kg per hour and is suitable for large lots. These machines allow us to process fruit from the Alpine Olive Grove on site to ensure maximum freshness and flavour. They are also available to process the fruit of other growers. Producers utilising our facilities can be reassured by our exacting quality standards and our committment to obtaining a superior product.
