Quality Assurance At Alpine Olives we take pride in producing a quality product. Our emphasis is not on producing large volumes of mechanically picked and mass processed fruit. We carefully hand pick the fruit to avoid bruising and process on the farm within a few hours. The oil extraction is done using latest technology in a hygienic, purpose built room that is registered as a food premises. The oil is not exposed to the atmosphere and is free of any contamination. Consumers can be sure that our oil is wholly Australian. We do not import cheap oil to blend with Australian oil. Our labels accurately reflect the product. We sell only 100% Australian oil extracted from 100% Australian fruit. We use Australian-made glass bottles and pack them in Australian made cartons.
