Certification Number 4186A (Organic Beef Cattle).It has taken many years to obtain this status. This certifies that our herd is TOTALLY FREE of any Dips, Fly Sprays, Drenches, Hormonal Growth Promotants or Injections of any type. We are presently opening a select market for the chemical free beef bred on Jervoise at a premium price.
Jervoise Station has also been approved by both Local Council and the Lands Department to run low key tourism. We have established several regular tours who frequent Jervoise at regular intervals.
Current developments that are underway is the production of hay with the added bonus of being able to label this hay as 'organic'. This market is seasonal, relying on adequate rainfall.
