Barnaline

The Munros lived at Stuckghoy, in Glenshira, parish of Inveraray, from the third quarter of the seventeenth century until 1794. In that year they exchanged it for Barnaline on the west shore of Loch Awe, in the Parish of Kilchrenan and Dalavich.

Archibald, who had emigrated to Australia about 1871, succeeded to the entailed estate of Barnaline in 1901, but obtained approval for an instrument of disentail and sold the estate on 27 November 1902.
