Melbourne Microlights are an authorised distributor for Airborne Windsports, an Australian based microlight designer and manufacturer.

Airborne is one of the world leaders in microlight design and manufacture. Their microlights are exported to 21 countries including the U.S.A. and Europe. Whether you desire a simple open cockpit pull start model, or a fully optioned faired model with electric start, Airborne Windsports can build a model to suit your needs.

Edge X Binnacle & Redback

 

Edge Binnacle represents an entry level trike, without the expense of a semi-enclosed pod.

Base model includes Rotax 503 engine, 'B' - type gearbox, Ivoprop, basic instruments in binnacle and Wizard wing, with the standard Edge X base.

Normal options such as electric start, dual steering, custom sail colour and instrument package are available.

"Full-Dress" Edge X

 

The "full-dress" Edge X includes the comfort and aesthetics of   the streamlined pod, side skirt and windscreen.

Base model includes Rotax 503 engine, 'C' - type gearbox, Brolga prop, full dress with instrument panel & basic instruments, dual steering and Wizard wing.

Normal options such as electric start,  Streak wing, more powerful Rotax 582 engine, custom sail colour and cross-country instrument package are available.
