These colorful lorikeets, with personalities to match their brilliant
plumage,are found wherever there are flowering eucalypts along
the eastern and south-eastern parts of Australia. They are often heard
chattering amongst themselves as they skillfully manoeuvre through
the blossoms seeking the nectar they love.
