Immersion Records -  Peter Koppes label - specialising in  individual & side projects by members of 'The Church' incl. Refo:mation and Margot Smith. Ordering is by faxed form.
The Church - official site of  The Church and links to their merchandise store Churchmerch..
Karmic Hit - specialising in music by Steve, John & Russell Kilbey/ Margot Smith/Snog/Pugwash etc. Now stocking paintings by Steve Kilbey.
Shock Records - independent aussie label  
Phantom Records /MGM Distribution - auctions and collectibles and good aussie stuff - no online credit cards ordering - but you can only fax a form or email credit card details.
Whammo - sad to say that Whammo.com is no more :(
Red Eye - great source of indie / rare aussie music - fast delivery. Excellent service and catalogue. Can buy some cheap 2nd hand stuff there too.
Chaosmusic - big online cd and dvd supplier - occasionally slow if not in stock - use if desperate but they do keep in touch while you're waiting.
Au Go Go Records - lots of indie/alternative music, vinyl etc
UmAndAh Records - Raoul Graf's label - Marty Willson-Piper, Swirl, Women in Docs etc
Citadel Records - home of Radio Birdman, New Christs, Deniz Tek, Died Pretty,
DM3, The Scientists and many more...
Candle Records - Dearhunters, Stella one eleven, lucksmiths, Golden Rough etc
Waterfront Records - aussie releases, tshirts, autographed stuff and other merchandise
Half A Cow - the Eastern Dark, Kim Salmon,  Art Of Fighting, Smudge etc - the haccers are good!
W.Minc Productions - home of aussie label specialising in good  alt.country/ rock/pop incl. Triffids, David McComb, Matt Walker, Go Betweens, Lisa Miller etc. Always on the ball!
Pink Flamingo - aussie surf music 
Fish Records - site not developed yet but their stores in Sydney are good.
Rubber Records   - Icecream Hands, Even, 1200 Techniques etc
78 Records - Perth, W.A. (stocks all Church albums)
Living Eye Records - specialises in lots of hard to get aussie vinyl singles and cds, stacks of magazines etc and the odd video compilation.
Sound World Online - independent Newcastle online retailer
Windsong Records - Byron Bay - blues, jazz, ambient etc
Ebay Australia - auction site 
Sanitycom. big retail music store - cheap prices but slower service.
Vicious Sloth - collectibles & rarities of aussie bands.
Inner City Sound - not a record store but for trading aussie underground music, bootlegs etc..
