Mum, I hope that we can go to America when I come to see you.
Today I have borrowed a trumpet from the school and I can get two notes already.
Last week my team won a match of soccer 5-1.
On Sunday Bellingen picked the strongest team and we went to Macksville for a gala day. We won 3-0 in the first game. Then we won 2-0, 1-0 and then drew 0-0. We were 1-1 in our next game with one second to go, Marcell our little centre forward kicked goal. We had to win or draw the last game to be champions but we lost to Macksville hot shots 1-3. So we finished 2 points behind the winners who were the Macksville hotshots.
For 5 weeks we have had Mrs Plummer for our principle (Mr Houston has been taken by the schools department) and Mrs Green as our teacher. I have to read my reader "What would I do" to dad now, so goodbye. I love you. Charlie.
