The Lifeline South East (SA) Telephone Counselling service operates with the assistance of over fifty trained telephone counsellors. These men and women undertake an intensive training program and are required to continually update their counselling skills through ongoing training.
Lifeline South East (SA) is part of an Australia wide call flow and works closely with other Lifeline Centres in the management of a 24 hour service.
Lifeline South East (SA) receives over 6,000 calls each year.
Lifeline's 41 centres around Australia receive over 500,000 calls each year
