GROOTE EYLANDT AIRPORT

The facilities at Groote's airport are basic, but adequate.  No cafes and newsagents here, just toilets and a drinking fountain!   This building is where you check in for Ansett flights and wait for your departure.

There are informative signs scattered around the area describing some of the history and features of the island.
