TR Custom Levels - if you would like me to link to your custom Mac-made TR level, I am happy to help. Please don't send any actual levels or screenshots - just a short description and download URL! If I am able to spare the time to download and play your level I may also be able to give a short review, but no guarantees... Please note that this is only for levels made on a Mac!
TR Game Help - If you are stuck somewhere in Tomb Raider, and you find that the information on this site does not give you enough help to continue with your game, please read on for details of the information I'll need to help you. I am happy to do the best I can to help with any problems, or failing that I may be able to give you another place to try. Please note that this refers mainly to gameplay problems and questions - I only have a limited knowledge of general Mac problems.
Suggestions - If you want to tell me about something you've found, please include the details in the 'Ask a Question' column. If I include your suggestion in one of my walkthroughs I'll credit you for the information!
Broken Links - If you want to tell me about a broken link, please tell me the page it's on, and details of the link.
IMPORTANT - before contacting me, please check my walkthroughs and gameplay tips one more time in case you've missed something! You could also check my downloads and see if there's a savegame there which would help you. Both of these are available from the individual game pages - link from the home page.

Email me with the details of your problem. Please include: - The version of Tomb Raider you're playing (there are a lot of them...) - The name of the level you're on, as shown in my walkthroughs (the save number and time are of no help to me). - A description of where you are in the level. If possible, include the paragraph in my walkthrough where you're stuck. - A description of exactly what your problem is, how it happened, etc. The more info you give, the quicker I can help! |
It can sometimes help to send me your current savegame as an attachment to your email. I can then run the savegame here, and see what the problem is. If necessary I can get you past a difficult spot and return an updated savegame to you. If things are hopeless I have archived many of my savegames from every Mac TR version. If you need one of these, please explain exactly where you need it, using the list to the left as a guide, and I can include a savegame with my return email from as close as possible before that place. Note - these may or may not work with different
language versions of TR! |
As a last resort you can send a screenshot to show the problem you're having. However, before attaching it, please follow these guidelines: Use a graphics program like Graphic Converter to convert
