Oke, Oke, So I am lucky enough to have some good friends who are looking after me. (Thanks Mike (Blue Juice), Ben and Ian ( KA sails and Flying objects!!)

Although they have got their own home pages and E-mail addresses, I still would like to tell you a little bit more about their products. After all, this webpage is about my life and they make my life a lot easier!! ( they are good blokes and support the Western Australian windsurfing scene, so if you have any questions please give them a call).

BLUE JUICE BOARDS

Mike (the shaper) has a lot to tell about his Blue Juice boards. Soon he will have his own home page so you will be able to read his story. I have been sailing Blue Juice for the last 3 1/2 years. I have got an custom epoxy 252 waveboard (red one) made for maximum manouverability: sharp back rails and bit of volume around the mid section to carry the beer gut. This board is specially built for strong side shore winds, and is carbon reinforced for big jumps! Excellent for the WA summer sea breezes.

My other Blue Juice is a 250 cm epoxy board, with heaps of volume to float you through the onshore wind gaps and a flat mid section for early planing. Also an easy good fun board for the less accomplished sailor.

Blue Juice boards are designed in Scarborough, Perth WA by Mike Bracey. Mike builds hand shaped custom epoxy boards, to your specifications. Getting a shaper to produce what you want can be frustrating, but Mike really listens and is prepared to explore adventurous designs! For those that are not so picky, you can also choose from Mike's standard designs. If you are thinking of going to Geraldton, or Scarborough, just give me an Email and you can test out a board yourself!! (micksteffan@yahoo.com) You can also have a look at Blue Juice boards in 2nd Wind or SOS windsurfing shops, Perth. Or just contact Mike direct on (08) 9341 3403 email: bluejuice1st@hotmail.com

KA Sails and Flying objects

Every body knows KA-sails. The Designer Ben Severne is not only a good sailmaker, he is also a party beast and is right at the top with new moves. Ever heard of the Worm digger? Well ask Ben. He knows. I just bought a 5.7 KA Kaos and experienced a whole new way of sailing. Just go out with 8 knots, big board and big sail, and surf those big clean waves. Heaps of fun and thrilling moments. The 2001 series are about to be released and Ben promised me that they are going to be better than ever. Check out their home page on www.kasail.com.au! or just drop in at a West OZ sailboard shop.
